Key Facts



Admission to the conference and exhibition is FREE for all visitors.

Doors open at 8am. Get to the venue in plenty of time to beat the crowds and be ready at your stands as delegates arrive.


Any supply of alcohol on your stand must be agreed with the organisers. Details can be found on page 2.


All exhibitors must wear the badges provided for the duration of the show. These can be collected at registration on May 23rd from 8am. Please ensure that all staff are registered via the registration page.

Parking information is available on the conference website. All parking can be validated at Reception on leaving the venue.

Car Parking

Mortgage Advice Bureau will be providing breakfast and lunch for all exhibitors and delegates at the venue.


There will be free cloakroom facilities at the venue.

The dress code for the event is business attire.

Dress Code

All items must remain within your allocated stand space. Infringing on walkways or blocking entrances is strictly prohibited. Exhibits must not extend beyond the allocated stand space.

Health & Safety

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure they have the relevant insurance cover and documentation for the event, which should also include sufficient insurance for all staff members working at the exhibition and the general public.


WIFI internet access at Curve is free of charge. Details of how to access the WIFI will be available from Build Up Day.

Internet Services

Looking for a new way to capture leads? We utilise RFID technology turning our badges into virtual business cards.  If you have signed up for this service, you will be provided with a swipe point tablet to collect your leads during the event – you simply tap the attendee badge on the rear of the tablet to store their contact details. All data is provided in CSV format after the event. Please let the event organiser know the email address of the person who needs to receive the leads if you haven’t already.

Due to data protection rules post-event email lists will not be available outside of the provided scanner service. If you are an exhibitor or pop up exhibitor and you want to upgrade for an additional £75 + VAT then please contact us to book.

Exhibitors are only permitted to distribute their literature and merchandise from their stand.

Any lost property will be handed over to the venue. Please contact us for assistance in locating missing items.

Please ensure that music, videos, presentations etc are kept at a level which does not interfere with neighbouring stands.

Music & Entertainment

Offering a prize for visiting your stand is a great way to generate interest and build relationships. Please note that it will be your responsibility to liaise with winners and arrange delivery.


Security provided is designed to stop unauthorised access to the exhibition and auditorium. The venue is locked overnight but MAB do not accept responsibility for exhibits. Exhibitors should not leave their stand unattended when the hall is open.


Smoking is not permitted in the venue. If you are a smoker please consider others and use only the designated smoking areas.
